Nollywood actor and screenwriter, Ruth Kadithe air on speculations about keeping her husband, Mr. Ezerika from the public eye.
Kadiri clarified this in an interview on the Dear Ife podcast by Dairy of a Naija Girl.
The actress stated that her marriage is private not because of secrecy but due to her efforts to avoid drama as she prefers to avoid it.
According to Kadiri, her husband is actively involved in her public life, stating that they attend events together.
“We go to church together, we attend events together, my life is not as private as people think. In the events I organize, my husband is always there,” she said.
The screenwriter further revealed that her husband prefers to maintain a low profile. Stating that those around her know her husband as they attend event together as a couple.
“For clarity, my husband is not a secret. People who know me, know him. And for me, that’s enough.”
Kadiri however, expressed confusion to why people expect her to showcase her marriage publicly as she has nothing to prove.
“Like, I don’t know why. I will sit down and be thinking. What am I proving?” she asked.
