Mohbad’s wife cries out, ‘we no longer feel safe.’
Mohbad’s wife, Omowunmi Cynthia, breaks silence years after the death of her husband, revealing messy details that went behind the scenes with her father-in-law, Joseph Aloba.
During an interview on the With Chude show, the widow revealed how her life was threatened and she no longer felt safe as she kept receiving life-threatening messages inbox.
“We no longer feel safe, I get death threats almost every day in my DM and it has gotten to a point that it’s either I speak up or I die in silence,” she said.

According to her, Joseph wanted to take full control of Mohbad’s properties, further stating that although she was asked to run a paternity test for her child, she was prohibited from disclosing details of the result.

Pointing out her willingness to run the paternity test, Wunmi has this to say, “I made it known that I have been ready for the DNA, they said once the DNA is done, I should not tell the public the result of the DNA.”
“My father-in-law wanted to be in control of my husband’s properties, everything that belongs to my husband or he will go all out for me to destroy my life,” Wunmi said.

She also disclosed Joseph’s mean and harsh words towards her son, stating how he doesn’t take after the family’s genes. “A grandfather being mean to his grandchild, saying Liam has bow leg, they don’t have such a child in their family, Liam’s face looks older than his face, he that is almost 60 looks younger than Liam. He even went as far as saying my husband wanted to throw my baby inside the Third Mainland Bridge.”
