The singer’s win left Nigerians surprised especially as she bagged the award amidst a royalty battle with her ex-manager.
The second edition of the highly anticipated event took place on Wednesday, February 26, at The Mora Resort in Zanzibar Tanzania, garnering top artists from across the globe like Wizkid, Josey, Stonebwoy, Rema, and Tyler among others.
The Trace Award ceremony brings together top artists from across the globe, celebrating excellence in music.
